Christine’s unique ability is reading a piece of writing through various lenses in order to connect the writer’s message to what the reader needs to hear.Christine draws on empathy and heart to guide writers from start to finish.

She has a special talent for guiding memoir and life writing authors through the emotional process of sharing their story. She also works with fiction writers, as well as general non-fiction writers. 

Christine is the owner of Rosemount Writing & Editing Services (https://rosemountediting.com/). She’s been helping academics, researchers, educators, small business owners, and authors share their message with the world for over fifteen years. She has a long list of clients from around the world, and she is a published author herself with Breakwater Books, based in her original home of Newfoundland. Christine is a member of Editors Canada, the Writers’ Alliance of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Canadian Freelancer Union, the Writers’ Union of Canada, and the PEI Writers’ Guild.

She’s edited science fiction manuscripts, memoirs, children’s literature, middle-grade fiction, young adult, fantasy, pieces on health and wellness, journal articles, manuscripts for self-published authors, blogs about yoga, copy for insurance agencies, websites/blogs for travel agencies and tourism destinations, emails for animal training, educational resources for pre-K, K, and grades 1–3, reports on mental health … you name it, her eyes have likely seen it.
