I bring over two decades of uniquely rich and diverse experience with publishing, creative agencies, non-profit organizations and postsecondary institutions. So unique, in fact, I had to create a word—’finnovative’—to capture the eclectic range of my writing, editing and consulting experience: donor fundraising and promotional materials, strategic plans, academic and non-academic publications, research grants, to name just a few.

After obtaining an MA in History from the University of Saskatchewan and a Postgraduate Diploma in Promotional Copywriting and Publishing from West Herts College (UK), I worked for the prestigious Hodder & Stoughton Educational. Returning to Canada, I’ve enjoyed a successful career in the private and public sectors. Don’t let the MA in History fool you. I have extensive experience in the humanities as a whole, as well as the fine arts, social sciences, health and sciences. Now the electic part: I relish any opportunity to indulge my creative side, whether it’s injecting excitement into otherwise staid policies and plans or crafting copy that garners a multi-million dollar donation.
