Profile
Hello! I’m Hailey, a copy editor and proofreader with over five years’ experience as a freelance editor. I have a Master’s degree in Publishing from Simon Fraser University, a Bachelor’s degree in History, and a second Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing.
I am passionate about helping authors get their books ready for publication. I have worked with both self-published authors and traditionally published authors, and have testimonials available upon request.
My goal is to tighten your manuscript while preserving your voice and vision for your book. I offer free 1000 word sample edits so you can see if my editing style matches what you’re looking for.
Please note that I do not use AI to edit and I do not edit manuscripts that have been touched at all by AI.
