I’m currently completing the Editorial Skills program at George Brown Polytechnic and am eager to formalize my editing skills which thus far have been freelance or informal. I’m a retired teacher-librarian, a blogger, a reviewer of books for children and teens by Canadian creators, and an emerging writer. I’ve also juried for book awards and worked with kids and teachers for the Forest of Reading. I have done manuscript appraisals for books for children and teens, as well as performed structural editing, copyediting, and proofreading.
