Profile
I am a freelance editor with an extensive background in finance. The analytical rigour, subject-matter expertise, and strategic thinking developed over my finance career uniquely position me to work on specialized editing projects. I have trained in Mount Royal University’s Professional Editing Certificate and Writing and Editing for Business Certificate programs, and in University of British Columbia’s Writing and Communication Skills for the Workplace Micro-Certificate, which includes Plain language. I have successfully completed the Editors Canada Editing Essentials test, and I currently serve as chair of the student relations committee of Editors Canada.
