Profile

Hi, I’m Mary! I can help you ready your work for publication and beyond, whether you’re an independent author or you’re exploring traditional publishing options.

I offer a customizable coaching service for writers in the midst of a project as well as
manuscript critiques,
developmental editing and
stylistic editing for those ready to take the next step!

My favourite genre are in the speculative fiction realm—fantasy, science fiction and the occasional horror—as well as mystery and thriller. I’m a lover of tabletop roleplaying games and other forms of interactive fiction, especially those with lots of cool world-building.

If you’re interested in working together, please
take a look at my website

I received my bachelor’s in English and antiquity (classical civilizations) from the University of Toronto and was a founding member and chair of the Toronto Arts & Letters Club writing group.

I am the current programs chair for Editors Toronto and volunteer on the Editors Canada Training and Development committee.
