I’m a communications writer, copy editor, and technical writer with over 20 years’ experience working in finance and professional services. In my last role as Supervisor, Operational Communcations with an online brokerage firm, I planned, wrote, and delivered customer communications through multiple channels. I also managed another writer, created and maintained the firm’s style guide, led a monthly writers’ forum, and led a monthly plain language workshop for all staff.
