We’re pleased to announce a new partnership with the Northwest Editors Guild. Based in Seattle, Washington, the Guild connects editors from around the Pacific Northwest Region (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho) of the United States and beyond, now offering membership nationwide in the US.

Upcoming Northwest Editors Guild events
The Northwest Editors Guild will be hosting the 2025 Red Pencil conference on November 8, 2025, in Lynnwood (just north of Seattle) and online. This year’s event will feature a keynote from Jane Friedman, networking opportunities, and sessions exploring editing and publishing trends, practical skills, the dizzying rise of AI, and more! You can choose to attend in-person or online via live stream. Recordings will be made available for six months after the event.
